Day 1 – Arrive San Jose
Welcome to Costa Rica! A tropical Paradise surrounded by the Pacific Ocean and the Caribbean Sea. Make your way by taxi to the hotel – meet the group and enjoy an optional welcome dinner
Day 2 – La Fortuna
After breakfast, transfer to La Fortuna, a small town situated just a few minutes away from Costa Rica’s famous Arenal Volcano. Besides its panoramic views, the town offers a range of other activities such as the 70-metre-high La Fortuna waterfall, stunning lush forest, rare plants, animal watching and water-based activities on the lake.
Day 3 – La Fortuna
Today, we will experience the ultimate Costa Rica Adventures. We combine two of the most popular experiences. A volcano hike of Arenal National Park – and then an amazing Waterfall Rappelling adventure. These are two of the must experience activities when in Costa Rica!
In the evening, we will enjoy the thermal hot springs which will soothe any sore muscles from todays activities.
Day 4 – Playa Hermosa / Guanacaste Region
Pack your bags, we are now starting our journey to one of the most beautiful beaches in the country! Departing La Fortuna, we make our way to the pacific coast for a change of scenery at Playa Hermosa. On arrival we can explore our new home for the next few days and get acquainted with the beach which is at our doorstep.
Day 5 – 6 Playa Hermosa / Guanacaste Region
Our time in Playa Hermosa is relatively open and you can explore at your own pace. On day 6, enjoy an organized Stand Up Paddle instruction/Excursion to enjoy the calm waters surrounding our hotel.
Enjoy daily morning Yoga Instruction on the beach the perfect way to start the day and rejuvenate.
Day 7 – Return to San Jose
We have the day to enjoy the beach
Day 8 – Depart San Jose
This Costa Rica Holiday comes to an end today. There are no activities planned for the final day. Transfer back to the airport for your onward flight home.
