Day 1 – Arrive Tofino
Arrive into Tofino anytime. Get your group together and enjoy dinner at the hotel with time to review our retreat program and planned activities for the next few days.
Day 2 – Beach Yoga, Surf Lessons and Hot and Cold Therapy Sessions
Today marks the start of a busy day for our Tofino wellness retreat. Firstly, we will begin with a rejuvenating morning yoga session at Chestermans Beach. This will be followed by a leisurely walk on the beach. In the afternoon, we will gear up in our wetsuits for a group surf class, before finishing the afternoon with a hot and cold therapy session. Under the guidance of our coaches, we will alternate between saunas and the invigorating waters of the Pacific Ocean, and learn breathing and relaxation techniques to calm our bodies and minds. To wrap up the day, opt to enjoy a drink at an oceanfront restaurant while watching the sun set over the horizon.
Day 3 – Hiking the Pacific Rim Coast Trail
Our wellness retreat in Tofino is elevated by the addition of a scenic coastal hike, and today is no exception. Following a quick breakfast, we’ll embark on a guided hike along the Pacific Rim Coast Trail enjoying the various beaches and incredible landscapes. The hike will last anywhere from 4-6 hours, depending on the group’s pace, with plenty of opportunities to stop, hydrate, and snap a few photos.
Day 4 – Depart Tofino
Sleep in, enjoy breakfast and one last cup of coffee before checking out and returning home.
